Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Accly Frilans services provided by Accly Systems AB, company registration number 559583-2022 ("Accly", "we" or "us").

By creating an account and using our services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the service.

2. The service

Accly Frilans is a service that enables private individuals to invoice their clients without having their own company. We act as employer and handle all administration relating to invoicing, VAT, employer contributions and tax payment.

3. Registration and account

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and registered as a resident in Sweden. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account.

4. Fees

The service fee is 1.45% of the invoice amount (excl. VAT), a minimum of 175 SEK per invoice and a maximum of 795 SEK per calendar month. The fee is the same whether you choose payout after each paid invoice or a single combined payout per month. In addition to the service fee we deduct employer contributions and preliminary tax in accordance with applicable rules.

We reserve the right to change the fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Payouts

Once the invoice recipient has paid the invoice, Accly Frilans pays out your wages within 1–3 days. The funds are paid into the bank account you have registered in your profile. With invoice purchase you can receive the payout before the invoice recipient has paid the invoice. Accly Frilans then takes on the credit risk, and an additional fee applies.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The invoices relate to real services that you have performed
• The information on the invoices is correct
• You are entitled to perform the services you are invoicing for
• You comply with applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us over the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close your account if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the change means that you accept the new Terms.
