Frequently asked questions about invoicing without a company

How do you invoice without a company?
You create an account, enter the client and invoice details in our tool, and send the invoice. We invoice the client in our name, handle VAT and tax, and pay out your net salary once the invoice has been paid.
Can you invoice as a private individual?
A private individual can't issue a VAT invoice without F-tax status. But you can invoice as a private individual through an umbrella employment company – the company is then the sender, while you carry out the work and receive a salary.
What does it cost to invoice without your own company?
With Accly Frilans you pay 1.45% of the invoice amount (minimum 175 SEK per invoice, maximum 795 SEK per month). No fixed fees, no tie-in period and no costs when you're not invoicing.

Our fee, employer contributions and preliminary income tax are deducted from the invoice amount excluding VAT. What's left is your net salary – typically around 50–60% depending on your tax table. Work out the exact amount in our pricing calculator.
